NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

CITY OF LAKELAND

WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA

ON APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE

 

                        NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission for the City of Lakeland, Washington

     County, Minnesota shall hold a public hearing at the direction of the Zoning Administrator upon the application

     of Harold Syverson requesting variance to zoning and septic ordinance    requirements regarding set back for

     septic system affecting property located at 801 Quentin Avenue South, the said property being located

     within the City of Lakeland.

 

                        The public hearing shall be held before the Planning Commission on Tuesday, November 18,

     2008 at 6:00 p.m. at the City Hall, 690 Quinnell Avenue North, Lakeland, Minnesota 55043.  All written and oral

     comments will be considered.

 

                         Review of the findings and recommendation of the Planning  Commission shall be held by the

     City Council at their regular meeting to follow on November 18, 2008 at 7:00 p.m.
